Leveraging Relationships

Leveraging relationships, more commonly known as “networking provides the client with access to the so called “hidden job market” or jobs that generally are not advertised. Clients learn the strategies, tactics, and techniques which ultimately uncover job leads and job offers through one’s network of personal and professional contacts. The focus is on getting advice, information, and referrals to others that lead to jobs leads and job offers — not by asking networking partners if they have any jobs or know of any jobs, which generally ends with “send me your resume” and very little else.
