Job Search Planning

A self-marketing plan is vital to successfully conduct a focused and strategic job search campaign. A client’s “mantra” has to be“seize control, plan, commit, execute, monitor, readjust, recommit, execute, monitor, etc …and “be accountable to myself and others!” A well-developed plan will include the nature of the work being sought, qualifications, information needs, research resources, methods and tools, how to access people and target organizations.
