Interviewing equates to “getting out on the field and playing the game.” Clients learn and practice how to handle successfully the various types of interviews including telephone screening, in person HR screening, interviews to probe competency, passion, and cultural fit, and interviews with hiring officials and other higher level executives. Attention is focused especially on behavioral interviewing and aligning answers to match the specific needs of a potential employer. In addition, the various ways of making a lasting positive impression are emphasized.
